Bi-isotropic media constitute a proper scenario for scrutinizing optical effects stemming from magnetoelectric parameters. Chiral magnetic current is macroscopic effect arising the chiral that enriches phenomenology of classical dielectric medium. This paper examines aspects bi-isotropic in presence Ohmic and conductivity. The full isotropic manifests circular birefringence described by dispersive rotatory power changes sign at given frequency.
